Emergency

If you feel like you or someone you know might need help dealing with an addiction, it is important that you reach out and talk to someone.

You can talk to a trusted friend or family member, a school counsellor, a teacher, a social worker, a youth worker, or a community/addictions counsellor. Any of these people in your community can help you to get help.

If you don’t feel comfortable talking to someone in person, you can call a help line. The help lines listed below are free and anonymous – the helper on the other end of the telephone will not know who you are or where you are calling from.
